1.- Terms of use www.aloelifecosmetics.com
1.1.- Ownership of the portal
INTERVERA GLOBAL SERVICE, S.L. (hereinafter Aloe Life Cosmetics) C/El sauce, 9. Edif. Fayal. 38670-ADEJE (S/C DE TENERIFE) NIF: B76774249, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Santa Cruz de Tenerife with registry information in Volume 3406, Sheet TF 56048, Entry 1, Book 0, Folio 14, is the owner of the website www.wool-bed.com (hereinafter, the portal) and makes it available to internet users (hereinafter user or users, as appropriate), for the purpose of providing information about the company, its products and related promotions, as well as enabling the provision of various services through the portal (user registration, receipt of newsletters and online purchase in its virtual store -hereinafter the store-, etc.).
1.2.- General Conditions of Use of the Portal
Together with the general terms and conditions of contracting that regulate the provision of services, and/or any other conditions that may be established, they are intended to regulate the provision of information as well as the commercial relationships that arise between Aloe Life Cosmetics and the Portal Users.
Mere browsing of the portal and/or use of the services included therein (Registration, Newsletter, or Store), assigns the status of user. Both browsing and the use of any of the portal’s services imply the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these general terms of use, of the general terms and conditions of contracting that may govern the provision of services offered on the portal, as well as, where appropriate, of the Particular Conditions that may exist regarding the provision of services.
1.3.- Modifications
Aloe Life Cosmetics may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Terms and the general contracting conditions detailed below (section 2) and/or any particular conditions that may be included, by publishing said modifications on the Portal so that users may be aware of them, always prior to visiting the Website or purchasing any goods offered therein.
2.- General Terms and Conditions for Online Store Contracting
2.1. General Contracting Conditions
2.1.1.- These general contracting conditions, together with any special conditions that may be established, expressly regulate the relationships arising between Aloe Life Cosmetics and “Users” who use the store as well as with third parties who contract the products offered through it.
2.1.2.- These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the following laws:
- Law 7/1998 on General Terms and Conditions of Contracting
- Royal Decree 1906/1999 on telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions in development of Article 5.3 of Law 7/1998
- Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade
- Royal Decree-Law 14/1999 regulating Electronic Signature
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other supplementary laws.
2.2. Products offered. Purchase Systems
2.2.1.- The products offered in the store, together with their characteristics and prices, will be displayed on screen.
Shipping costs for the products, which vary depending on the destination address (within or outside Spain) and the number of items, will also appear on screen. Shipping costs are charged per box containing the user’s requested items.
Products will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices displayed on screen are in euros and include IGIC and any other applicable tax and are valid, except for typographical errors.
Offers will be duly indicated on screen. Aloe Life Cosmetics reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products contained and offered to users through the store.
Thus, Aloe Life Cosmetics may at any time include new products in the store, understanding, unless otherwise stated, that such new products will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of contracting in force at that time.
Likewise, Aloe Life Cosmetics reserves the right to discontinue access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered in the store.
2.2.2.- To purchase the products offered in the store, users will be asked to register, for which they must be over eighteen (18) years of age and must complete the instructions displayed on screen, which will require the following steps:
– Fill out the electronic form that appears on screen at any time
– Click the “OK” button
– Receipt in the User’s email account of the “Username” and “Password”
The username and password are personal and non-transferable. Aloe Life Cosmetics may, with appropriate notice, make any changes it deems appropriate to the username and/or password, in which case the modified credentials will lose their validity.
2.2.3. Once the user is registered, to proceed with purchasing products, they must add the desired product to the shopping cart, following the instructions on screen, completing the order form provided and sending it to Aloe Life Cosmetics, which implies reading and accepting all the General Terms and Conditions of contracting and, where applicable, the Special Conditions.
The purchase will be deemed made at the registered office of SCGRUPPEN. S.L., located at C/Hnos. Franciscanos de La Cruz Blanca, Nº 34-38639 – San Miguel de Abona – Tenerife.
2.2.4.- Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always within thirty (30) days from the purchase, the Aloe Life Cosmetics Customer Service Department will send the buyer, upon request, the corresponding invoice to the address indicated on the form or to the email address provided during registration. The order confirmation sent is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
2.3.- Payment, Delivery and Withdrawal of Orders
2.3.1.- Payment for the purchased goods and associated shipping costs can be made via Revolut or PayPal, following the instructions displayed on screen. Aloe Life Cosmetics reserves the right to request proof of payment and/or documents identifying the buyer (such as ID, passport, or similar) to ensure the security of the transaction. All data provided for these purposes will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with current regulations.
To make payment by credit card, the user must follow the instructions on screen, providing the following information:
– Card number
– Expiry date
– Card CVV2 or CVC2 code
As an electronic payment system, payment is made through Revolut or PayPal.
All data provided for these purposes is encrypted using SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure maximum security. Aloe Life Cosmetics reserves the right to request from anyone who has made a purchase in the store the justification of payment and/or the electronic provision (fax, email or similar) of a document identifying them as the buyer and which may include the delivery address (ID, passport, residence permit, registration certificate, etc.).
2.3.2.- Aloe Life Cosmetics undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the user to the buyer’s address indicated for this purpose in the order form (products will not be delivered to P.O. boxes or call shops), as soon as possible and, in any case, always within two (2) business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of preparation of the order (excluding holidays and weekends). Shipping costs for purchased items will be borne by the buyer.
2.3.3.- The User-Buyer will have a period of fifteen (15) working days, according to the official calendar of their place of residence, to withdraw from the purchase without penalty or any cost, including the cost of returning the goods.
Within the fifteen days set forth in the previous paragraph, the period will be counted from the date the buyer receives the goods purchased. However, if the buyer became aware of their right of withdrawal after the date of receipt of the goods purchased, the period of fifteen days will begin to count from the date they became aware of their right to return, at their own expense, the goods purchased.
In any case, it will be understood that the buyer has known the right of withdrawal from the moment they access the store, which requires reading and accepting these general terms and conditions of contracting, and in any case from the time of placing the order.

Once the buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal and the perfect condition and integrity of the merchandise have been verified, the amounts received will be refunded by credit, without any withholding, immediately and never later than thirty days.
Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal is excluded in cases where, due to the nature of the services, it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the claim for damages suffered or when the products returned to the store or the packaging are complete and in perfect condition.
3.- Data Protection Policy
3.1.- For the purposes of Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), Aloe Life Cosmetics informs the user of the existence of an automated file of personal data created with the data obtained on the portal by and for this entity and under its responsibility, for the purpose of information and marketing of the products offered in the store, as well as conducting promotional, advertising, and informational activities, by any means (email, postal mail, telephone, mobile phone, etc.) about its product portfolio that may be of interest, to expand and improve its products by adapting its offers to the preferences and needs of its users and to allow personalized browsing through the portal.
3.2.- The User expressly accepts the inclusion of the data collected during browsing the site, or provided by completing any form, as well as those derived from the commercial relationship and/or delivery of purchased products, in the automated file of personal data referred to in section 2.1. At the time of data collection, the user will be informed of the mandatory or optional nature of providing such data for the delivery of products, except in the case of orders, in which case the user is hereby informed that it will not be considered voluntary, so it will be necessary to include it to formalize the purchase order, being required to provide data relating to identity, address and credit card number to make payment, as they are necessary data to formalize and conclude the sale.
3.3.- The user may exercise, with respect to the data collected in the manner provided in the previous section, the rights recognized in Organic Law 3/2018, and in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection (ARCO), if applicable, as well as the right to withdraw consent for the transfer of their data.

3.4.- By accepting these conditions, the user expressly consents to the transfer or communication of the data included in the file referred to in section 2.1, to companies in the same group, whether or not they are located in Spain, and for the same purposes indicated in the said section 2.1.
3.5.- Aloe Life Cosmetics undertakes, in the use of the data included in the file, to respect their confidentiality and to use them according to the purpose of the file, as well as to fulfill its obligation to safeguard them and adopt all measures to prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, in accordance with RD1720/2007 of December 21.
4.- Intellectual and Industrial Property. Prohibition of hyperlinks
4.1.- All content displayed on the Portal and, in particular, designs, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, industrial designs, or any other signs susceptible to industrial and commercial use are subject to Intellectual and Industrial Property rights of SCGRUPPEN, S.L. or third-party holders who have duly authorized their inclusion on the portal.
4.2.- In no case shall it be understood that any license is granted or that a total or partial waiver, transfer of said rights is made, nor is any right conferred, especially regarding alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, expressly to Aloe Life Cosmetics or to the holders concerned.
4.3.- No link to www.aloelifecosmetics.com may be established from any other website without the prior and express consent of Aloe Life Cosmetics.
5.- Responsibility of Aloe Life Cosmetics
5.1.- It shall only be liable for damages that the user may suffer as a result of using the portal when such damages are attributable to a willful act of the company. You acknowledge and accept that the use of the portal, and the acquisition of products, is carried out at your sole risk and responsibility.
5.2.- The company is not liable for any damages that may arise, including but not limited to:
– Interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the users’ computer equipment, caused by reasons beyond the company’s control that prevent or delay the processing of orders or browsing the portal.
– Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads on the Internet or other electronic systems.
– That may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions outside the control of the portal.
– Differences in the information, documentation and/or other content of the portal that may exist between the electronic version and the printed version.
– The impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons not attributable to the entity, due to the user, third parties, or cases of force majeure.
5.3.- It does not generally control the use that users make of the service.
In particular, it does not guarantee under any circumstances that users use the service in accordance with the law, these Terms, morals and generally accepted good customs and public order, nor that they do so diligently and prudently.
6.- User Obligations
6.1.- In general, the user is required to comply with this Legal Notice, as well as to comply with the special warnings or instructions for use contained therein or on the website and to always act in accordance with the law, morals, good customs and good faith, exercising the diligence appropriate to the nature of the service enjoyed, refraining from using the Portal in any way that may prevent, damage or impair its normal operation, the property or rights of the company, other users or, in general, any third party.
6.2.- In particular, and without prejudice to the general obligation assumed by the user in accordance with the previous section, the user undertakes, in the use of the Portal and when purchasing products from the Store to:
– In case of registration, provide truthful information and keep it updated.
– Not to introduce, store or disseminate on or from the Portal any information or material that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, incites violence or discrimination based on race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honor, privacy or the image of third parties and, in general, current regulations.
– Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Portal any computer program, data, virus, code, hardware or telecommunications equipment or any other electronic or physical instrument or device that may cause damage to the Portal, any of the services, or any of the company’s equipment, systems or networks, of any user, or, in general, of any third party, or that may otherwise cause any type of alteration or prevent their normal functioning.
– Properly safeguard the “username” and “password”, undertaking not to transfer their use or allow access to third parties, assuming responsibility for any damages that may arise from improper use thereof, as well as to promptly report their loss or theft or possible access by an unauthorized third party, so that immediate blocking may be carried out.
– Not to use false identities or impersonate others when using the Portal or when using or purchasing any of the products, including the use, where appropriate, of third-party passwords or access keys or in any other way.
– Not to destroy, alter, use for their own use, disable or damage the data, information, programs or electronic documents of the company or third parties.
– Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Portal any content that infringes intellectual property rights, industrial property rights or trade secrets of third parties, or, in general, any content which the user does not have, in accordance with the law, the right to make available to third parties.
